Mileage80,272Service Date5/6/2025Services Performed- The technician test drove the vehicle but was unable to duplicate the vibration concern described by the customer at around 1000 RPM or during uphill acceleration. However, during the inspection, it was noted that the front engine mount has excessive play and shows signs of an external fluid leak. While the vibration was not present during the road test, the condition of the engine mount could contribute to vibrations under specific load or driving conditions. Replacing the front engine mount is recommended at this time to prevent further wear and to address any potential drivability issues that could arise as the mount continues to degrade.
