Mileage71,931Service Date9/11/2025Services Performed- Check ENGINE light on for p0181 Has A lot of past codes, likely from a battery issue but main and current issue is p0181 According to sources, this code has been a documented issue from 2015-2020 models. Stems from issues with the wiring on the FUEL pump assembly hanger. TSB known issue Fuel pump assembly and hanger may need to be replaced but we would need to pull REAR seats and any coverings to gain access to FUEL pump assembly and it's connectors to diagnose further. I would recommend replacing FUEL pump and hanger assembly. Customer approved the replacement of the fuel pump.

2004 Ford Expedition
Mileage282,015Service Date7/29/2025Services Performed- Tech found PCM code P0302. We need to access the plugs to inspect their condition, but they're not easily accessible (3 hours of labor). Customer will look through records to see if they have been replaced before. We're recommending replacement if it has been over 80k miles and 8 years regardless of condition. It's unlikely for the misfire in cylinder #2 to be caused by bad gasoline because bad fuel would affect multiple cylinders, not just one. Declined repairs for the CEL at this time and cleared the light. Technician found the noise coming from the engine is the A/C compressor clutch bearing, this is why the pitch changes when the compressor is engages. Customer approved the replacement of the A/C compressor. With the new component installed the noise does not return.
