- (Combination) – PARKING BRAKE SHOE & LINING – Replace Both Sides
- Technician found the lower ball joints to be worn, rear brakes metal to metal, and front brakes with 2mm-3mm remaining. Customer approved the replacement of the rear brakes only at this time. The parking brake shoe lining fell out when removing the rotor. They're not supposed to separate from the backing plate. The parking brake shoes had to be replaced along with this. Customer will come back at a later date to have the lower ball joints replaced under warranty. They were replaced with both lower control arms as an assembly in May 2022. As long as they are replaced before May 2024 the warranty is still in effect.
