A weak injector will commonly fail under high temperature. In this scenario, the injector for cylinder 1 is likely beginning to fail internally or has a weak connection that only manifests once heat causes expansion in the metal and wiring. Customer approved disassembly to find the point of failure. With the components removed to access the injectors we could confirm only injector on cylinder 1 and the wire harness to all injectors needed to be replaced. With the repairs completed the vehicle was test driven and no further issues were found. No other repairs recommended.

Unable to duplicate oil pressure warning after level correction. Last service 6 months and little over 4k miles ago. No significant external leaks are present. Engine is consuming oil internally due to wear/damage. Given the high mileage, it’s recommended to add MOS (Motor Oil Saver) and EPR (Engine Performance Restoration) by BG and LiquiMoly to the engine oil. Customer approved.
